There are no laws keeping political parties from calling. There never will be. What politician in their right mind would pass a law keeping their workers from calling.

I get 10 calls a day from this number and every time I answer they hang up, they don't even say anything, when I call it back it gives me the voicemail as well. I have left several voicemails for them to stop harrassing me, at this point that is what it is, they have already called me twice and hung up on me this morning and I left them 3 messages yesterday. I am frusterated they are calling my cell phone and I have to pay for each time they call and hang up on me. I'm glad I finally know who it is, I just want to know why they keep prank calling me.....is it because I'm a democrat??? Is there anything we can do to get this harrassment to stop?

Ditzy-sounding female called today asking for my husband. I explained he was at work and asked if there was a message. She said "no message" and hung up. When I called back to see what this company was about, I got "If you would like to leave a message, please do so after the beep... *beep*." I hung up. When I searched for the number on the internet, I found this site and am completely disgusted. Does McCain want to thoroughly flush his campaign down the toilet? It's already on it's way there with his Obama mud-slinging hypocracy and his Diva holier-than-thou running mate, Palin. This new tack of harrassing people is not going to win him votes and as you've already read from others on this site, it's losing him votes.

My husband says that when they call, tell them that you've already voted and when they ask who you voted for, tell them you do not take part in polls (maybe even lie and tell them McCain) so they'll leave you alone. Let me know if this works for any of you. At any rate, it will all be over in 6 days anyway.

This person has called my mother on several occasions looking for me, she is always RUDE!!!!

My mother has told her that is (name)'s number and not mine, yet she keeps calling. When i've tried calling the number back it goes straight to voice mail. I'm calling the RNC to complain and notifying the Police Dept. Henceforth the continuing contact will result in a lawsuit to the RNC!

The RNC is still at it. Received two calls from this number today. The first one was a women with a heavy asian accent and seemed to be reading from a script about how Barack Obama won't keep us safe. I couldn't understand her so all I got was RNC, Barack Obama, terrorist and safe. She wouldn't stop to answer me though I tried interrupt her the entire time.  This is sickening.  I liked McCain a couple of months ago but his campaign has totally lost it to the Rove effect.

Two calls by 9 am this morning -- "Im calling for John McCain and the RNC because you NEED to know that Barack Obama has CLOSE ASSOCIATIONS with terrorists who BOMB federal buildings, etc."  Male hung up when I called him a liar.  Hypocrites, haters ... and harrassment?
I called back to tell them NOT to contact me again; just a bland female voice with no ID info.  Is this an individual?  The RNC?

I was receiving upwards of 30 calls a day from this number.  

Call your phone company about it.  Many of them have selective call blocking that you can use to prevent these bozos from getting through.

Then call and tell your local police department.  They may or may not be able to do anything about it, but at least let law enforcement know.  Once you've told them to stop calling you, these continued calls are telephone harassment in many jurisdictions.

Then go vote for Barack Obama :-)  This is just further proof that the McCain people are sleazy and desperate.

I understand the campaigns will call during election season but the s**t from this number has gotten totally out of hand.  During the time it's taken me to write this message, they've called two more times!

They called again and I answered - it was a message from a live person talking about Barack Obama's links to 'terrorist Wm Ayers who bombed the white house' etc etc.  At the end of the message he gave the phone number for the RNC (202-863-8500) who had paid for the message.  I called the RNC press office (at that number) and said that the harassing phone calls combined with the politics of fear should be stopped.  I'm sure it won't do any good, but hey, I feel like I stood up for everyone being harassed by the calls.  On to more positive things in my day....

I just got called by a sleepy-sounding phoner who said she was calling for "Bill McCain"; she reminded me that Obama has close associations with Bill Ayers and that our nation is threatened by this. When I told her that was all covered months ago and in last night's debate, she sleepily said, "Oh..."

I've been home for about 5 minutes and have received 5 calls from this number - you've gotta be kidding me!  If I wasn't an Obama supporter before, I sure am now!  Stop harrassing me!!!!!
