They call, and call and call

who are these people??? am on do not call list however still getting numerous calls on my cell...I was under the assumention illegal to call on cell since not only uses up minutes.

I have received phone calls from this number ten times! They will not quit! When I call back I just get a machine. They are calling my cell phone and I am on the national do not call list so they need to be investigated.

I don't know who these people are but I told them they don't sound legit and to lose my number. They call on my cell several times a day offering me an "opportunity" of some type. I am going to file a complaint wit Better Business if I can and Do Not Call registry.

It is simple.  Create a new contact and call it 'Trash'.  Go into the settings for the new contact 'Trash' and check "send to voicemail".  You would be surprised how many numbers can be sent there.  Once you get a call you suspect is a 'telemarketer' just add that number to your contact called 'Trash'.  Every phone is a little different - so you can do this.  It works like magic as 99 out of 100 such calls never leave a voicemail.

THEY HAVE CALLED MY PHONE OVER & OVER, I TRIED THE DO NOT CALL LIST, ASKED THEM MANY TIMES TO QUIT CALLING & THEY CONTINUE TO CALL OVER AND OVER EVEN LATE AT NIGHT,I'M THINKING OF CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

these people call EVERY DAY 2-3 TIMES A DAY.  WHEN i CALLED THEM, IT WAS NO INFORMATION, JUST LEAVE THEM A MESSAGE. bLOCKING THEM TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The women on the phone knew my name, she asked me if i owned a credit card, and if i was interested in a
business opportunity and if i was working, i told her i was working part-time she said to me that i would not
have the money to invest in this business.

I see on do not call registry they have a file complaint button so I did. I recommend you do also

so i called and left a message about 1 minute ago and left a message saying that if they call her one more time I will contact the donot call registry and report them and sue them. I am contacting do not call registry anyway. The government sucks to think it is ok to push cell phone companies to give away our numbers to telemarketers. They are worse then the telemarketers. communist pigs!

9 years with the same cell number and lucky enough to not get ANY telemarketing, registered with the national Do Not Call list, and all of a sudden my phone will not stop ringing!!! 1-866-572-5425, I do not get a chance to answer, and in many cases, the phone does not even ring, I just see missed call... 47 calls in one day yesterday and up to 20 today, I was finally fast enough to answer it, and the girl on the phone asked me if I was interested in a mastercard, I asked her to put me on her do not call list, AND LET HER HAVE IT!! (that was yesterday afternoon) I've tried calling it back, and most of the time, the number is busy, but have got an Answering Machine, and I have told them what I think of them also.... Think I'll be phoning the CRTC tommorow!! Anyone know how to do "Call Reject" on the iPhone 4?

How do you block a number on a cell phone?

The same thing happened to me 2 hours ago.  I get these calls from telemarketer trying to sell some so called business opportunity.  If someone does actually talk with you trick them and acted like your interested.  Tell them you like what they have to say but need to know about their company.  If you can get any real company information do a search for an lawyer that presses charges on companies like this.  This all hold true if you never purchased anything from them.  I think you can get $500 per call or more.

They called back again a few hours later.  I answered.  At first it was silence, then after 30 seconds or so someone picked up.  Sounds like a boiler room operation in the background.  Asked for me by name.  I asked how they got this number.  She said it was probably because I went online and signed up for information.  I told her that was very doubtful.  Then I stopped talking and she hung up the phone.

Seems like a good one to block.

Received call, did not answer, no voicemail left.  Called the number later and a male answered the phone but not with a company name.  I did not talk to him.
