As somebody already mentioned, a couple of minutes on the internet and you can find literally hundreds of complaints about TLG. ALL of the credit card companies and ALL of the banks know about TLG and what they are doing, but they allow them to continue making fraudulent charges against our accounts. Why? Because they are hoping to cash in on additional interest charges as well as over-the-limit and insufficient fund penalty fees incurred by their customers. The major banks and credit card companies are no better than the TLG a@@holes who are stealing from us.

I got the same exact thing happen to me. I dont know what to do. Anyone have advice?

I got 15.99 taken from my checking account which i think is so stupid! they do not have my permission to do that. As a college student I am already broke as it is why are they allowed to look up my personal information and steal my money. This is Very WRONG!

While reviewing my Debit card history I found a pending charge for $38.99 from this morning.  Listed as the recipent was TLG*Great Fun 866-584-2461.  I have no idea how they got ahold of my card number. My bank said I have to wait until it post to my acct, then contact Great Fun for a refund, if that does not work then Visa will refund the amount.  BOGUS!

This happened to me today............it just makes you not want to even use technology relating to money. No electronic transactions is the only way to prevent fraudulent charges!

I have been receiving calls from this number and no messages are left. I checked my account today and there was $13 deducted with no real description just the number. I just hope my credit union will refund the money. I don't want to change my credit card number. Crooked people always trying to get something for nothing!

While checking to see what my account balance was online, I noticed a pending charge for $12.99 from TLG*Great Fun 866-584-2461.  No clue as to what that is, so I decided to google it and did not see anything about the company, just all the complaints.  

I called and the new CSR on the line could not find anything in my name, but was able to find something in my boyfriends name and did give me some information about that.  After thinking for a while, 'cause I was put on hold a lot, I determined that the only way this place could have gotten our info is from when my boyfriend ordered some magazines back in the spring, another scam, which we ended up cancelling and being scammed out of some money as well.  

I asked CSR (Rob) if he had looked the company up online, he said "not lately", I advised him to do so because a place that does this kind of stuff must have a negative effect on the employees who are working there.  Very unethical behavior, shame, shame, shame.  No great fun on my part at all.  

I will try to remember to post back any good or negative outcomes.  I hope others do the same.  He said the account will be cancelled and I will be credited the money.  We'll see.

I have received an $11.99 debit from this phone number on my bank statement and I have no clue why.  This has to be scam.

Got  billed on my debit card $11.59 What for?

I am yet another victim of this crime to society.  "Great Funs" has also fraudulantly charged $12.99 to my account.  On my bank statement was a phone number which I called and you can to.  However, they WILL try to sell you something!  Just request membership cancelation and a refund.  What a Shifty way to try and make money!!!

I was charged $14.99.  When I called I was told I had signed up for a trial at truecredit.com (which I did) and they (Great Fun) supposedly sent me an email and since I did not respond they signed me up.  Supposedly they will be refunding me.

After I called this number, the CSR told me that I was enrolled in great fun whe I made hotel room bookings on Priceline.  I don't remember enrolling in Great Fun anytime during or after Priceline.  Internet sales is getting scary.  I usually can read all the fine print.  Maybe I missed it.  Anyhow, after I talked to the CSR (his name was Safian), he said I'd get a refund within the NEXT TWO STATEMENTS!!  That means within the next 2 months!!! WTF!!! And my "enrollment" would be cancelled immediately.  My main concern was the enrollment.  I don't want to get hit again for $11.99.  I can wait for the first $11.99 but I sure dont't want to get it anymore.  This is BS!!!

This phone number has my bank account number.  To my knowledge, they have not called me.  But they have overdrafted me twice, a college kid with little income. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?????

This has obviously caused many people trouble. I don't see how they can get away with it. we have to cnacel our card and get a new one. We went on a travel website to get prices and we put in our information and then changed our mind, so jsut got off and some how they still got the information! We found it in our checking acct today and we have to go in to the bank and sign a paper to cancel our card!

I got an 1-800 number from the bank when I called them. 1-800-290-8603. I have not called the number yet but will soon to figure what is going on and how did they get my card number.

I try to check my bank account on line every other week and every time i see stuff taken out of my checking account.  This time it was from 866-584-2461 TLG*COOLEXTRAS took 11.95 out of my account.  

Man i hate these people that cheat and scam others i have worked hard all my life. never cheated anyone or stole from anyone if i did the stuff these as holes do i would be rich but i couldnt live with my self.

Some other other places i have had to fight with recently Homeplay-v they took 181.00 over 3 months.  i called and made a stink and the stoped taking the money out and and sent me a form to fill out and they would consider refunding my money.  I reported these guys to the FBI internet crime department.  And my bank.  When i called homeplay I asked the how they was able to take money out of my account and they said I went to Romans.com and bought stuff and somewere in the transaction i had signed up and i said that was bull s**t.  I guess you cant do anything these days with out being screwed.


rewards.com took 110.00 out of my account i called and made a stink and they stoped taking the money out and refunded all the money.

They are a scam and did the same to me then when I told them to piss off and cancel my account they kept trying to offer me more crap I hate them how do i report them?

I just check my account on line and discovered that 14.99 was fradulently taken from my account. I called my bank and was told that my money will be refunded to me. I also have them cancel that card.

This country sucks...  Business america can get away with anything and not have penalties.  I called cancelled, received a cancelation number a few weeks ago and 1-866-584-2461 is still taking a withdrawal from my account.  Not only do I want to sue - I want to see the CEO & board members go to jail... THIS IS STEALING!!!!!!

TLG  GREAT FUN, also took "unauthorized" money from my debit/checking account, $12.99......  My bank gave me the telephone number connected with the account, and it was 866-584-2461......  When I called then, I got a recording saying "Do to the high volume of calls, you may be on hold for a long period of time....."  I'm sure that's a lot of bulls**t......  For SURE this HAS to be some kind of SCAM going on here.....  Now I have to close out my account and start another account up.....  I think this all resulted from ordering a product I saw on TV, from online, NO MORE OF THAT, THANK YOU......  It's complete BULLS**T what these companies pull.....

How are these people still stealing from people...after just 3 minutes of research, I  have found 100's of people who have also been victims!  Where's our government in protecting this type of fraud?  When a company has an address and phone #, there is NO REASON that this is still going on!  I plan to take some major action against getting the stopped!!!

Great Fun has been taking money out for the past 4 months.  They got my info from a pop-up from Price-line.com . I have written to them and told them that I will never book anything with them again.  I suggest you all do the same.

these people took $12.99 out of my account. They said it was offered through classmates.com and that I took the offer. This is a lie, I dont even know what they do. They were very vague when I called and asked them. I was offered a credit for there company. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
I called my bank they were no help. All I asked for was to stop any future charges to my account to at least stop the bleeding. This makes me angery that my bank offers no help. Putting money under your mattress under rated.

I just got this scam today. I am totally angry I have never had anything like this happen to me. To make things worse I am out of state visiting my family and it overdraft my bank account. I have no money at all to fix this. I will have to call my bank tomorrow to see what I can but my hopes are low since it seems that everyone else didn't get this matter fixed. I am in trouble because of this.

Same here! I have $9.99 pending on my account. I called my bank and they said I have to wait until it stops pending and then they will dispute the charges. Will see! I have no idea how they got my debit account number!
