PCA a security is a scam. I had worked for the company for 2 month and quit after I realized what the company is about, and who Andrew Robinson was. He was a drug dealer in MI, and was busted. He went to rehab and met his girlfriend ( at the time) in rehab. PCA Security was a front for other dealings. Also the equipement was cheaper equipment that you could purchase at a big box store.He is rude and will rip you off. Do not use your actual credit card use a prepaid card.

Just wanted to say the people that work for PCA really thought it was a legit job based on how bad the market is and obtaining work. all thats out there are crap sales and telemarketing , so they are real people trying to pay Bills by working for this sleazy company. The ones behind the phones are not intending to annoy or hurt. they are following directions by reading a script. and threatened to get fired if not done right and reapetedly. the culprit is the sleeze who owns this odd operation. payroll for the the helpless employees keep bouncing and hours are so called lost without any answers from this odd crew of leaders with Boston accents and foul mouths. the pay is below minimum with only ten dollar bonuses after every five sales yet no one seems to be collecting on these so call sales yet these leaders are riding in sports cars and collecting fat checks while the employee struggles to pay bills. somethings not right. and help is needed to either claim our lost money back

Asked for the boss by name, I asked who was calling, said he was from PCA Security, I put him on hold. He hung up after a couple of minutes.

Yes, I get calls from the DAILY, sometimes as many as 3 times a day.  I do indeed run a small home business (which is legal for them to call per the National Do Not Call program), but after so many phone calls, I've asked them to remove my number and please don't call again.  They don't stop!  This is harassment.

THEY ARE A SCAM, AND THEY WILL HARASS YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I have recieved 3 calls in the 10 minutes from 1-866-593-7157.  After I answer the phone at my place of employment, there is a click and then the line goes dead.  No one ever says anything.
This is rude to do to anyone, let alone to continue to call a business and behave this way.
I actually just received another call while I was writing this message, so the total is now 4 calls.  I actually called the number back and some women answered the phone "security" and I told her that I keep receiving calls from this number and am getting hung up on.  She placed me on hold and then I was disconnected. Within 1 minute I received ANOTHER phone call from this number and this time someone was on the other end requesting to speak with whoever was in charge.  When notified that he was out of the office they said they would just call back. They never identified themselves and hung up before I could inquire any further information.
These phone calls need to stop.

Pca security is not running their website as of 9-25-09. It looks like Andrew Frank Robinson, the owner/jerk that was an anal jerk to work for and treated customers and/or prospective customers poorley has had a bit of a shake up in his own personal life. Google his name and you can read about his bizarre life in Oregon. He had to move out of his $2,000./month houseboat. He ripped off so many people, it's a huge list. I sure hope someone is keeping tabs on how many people across this country got ripped off. He'll lay low for awhile, but he'll be back, I'm sure. He had an operation out on the east coast ripping off people with his security alarm systems by using telemarketers. Those offices closed, he moved his operation to Houghton Michigan. Then he had over 1/2 dozen offices in Michigan's UP and northern Wisconsin doing the same thing (the majority of which are closed now) Before those offices closed, he moved the corporate office to Vancouver Washington. He then was beginning his operation of telemarketing on the west coast (near Portland), but I think he's taking some time off to deal with his personal legal issues. Connect the dots. He's a jerk. When I read the article, I could see the man acting just like this.
Most recently, he screwed employees out of their wages due them for the work they did as his minions. They lost their jobs and they also didn't get paid. He has connections to the office in Mass City, Michigan (27072 Simar Wasas Rd, Mass City, MI  49948) His family reaps the benefits from his scam. They know it's a scam too! Flat out, he's a loser, they all are. The upper management he had working for him, they also are jerks/losers. There are better ways to make a living, and working for Andrew Frank Robinson isn't a good way. Stay away!
When people need a job to support themselves, and or their family and as times are, it's hard to find a job. He mistreated his employees.
If you were to agree to an appointment and his rep went out to show you, and you did like it and signed paperwork and gave them the deposit, if you cancel...Bingo, you will never get your money back. Unless some judge somewhere says he has too. He becomes ignorant when people don't want to follow his program. Buyer beware.

Rec?d another very annoying phone call from PCA Security, 906-932-4317, at 8:18 AM, for 3:41 mins.

A ?Pam? said she?s with PCA Security, a new store opened up, and wants to hand out 500+ gifts. Yeah right! The call center is located in Ironwood, MI, with a zip code of 49938.

Note some jerk of a guy called yesterday at 11:48 AM, C.S.T., wouldn?t identify himself, but also claimed to be from PCA Security, but NOTE caller ID came up with:  906-932-2237. I logged complaints online immediately, and it was interesting to note the overwhelming amount of complaints from others. Remember research both numbers. It?s an eye-opener. The more people know what sleaze-balls they are, the better!

My take is the insidious, hidden, call center masquerading as PCA Security, meaning telemarketing center, had to change their number due to all of the complaints. For the annoyed reader you can also look up this other number as well, and see a plethora of complaints. Or just ?google? both of the numbers I?ve posted.

So I just decided to yack with this Pam and tell her I?m annoyed, do-not-call me, as you?re violating the do-not-call lists we?re on. In the background you can hear her supervisor, coaching loudly, ?come on, close the sale, make progress, or hang up on the idiot.? What a bunch of sleazy dirt-bags!

Hopefully your annoying telemarketing tactics that you are encouraging out of Ironwood, MI will serve to denigrate the ethics of your company.
