I get the same message.  Every day for the last six months they have called me looking for someone named Lihjah Brownlee (or something similar).  I called them back once and said this person does not live here stop annoying me.  Still calling.

Debt collector robo-call looking for someone whom I don't know.  Caller ID says: "Toll Free Caller".

Calls every day and sends text messages about a debt that belongs to someone else. They got my # from medical records on which I am listed  as an emergency contact for another person . Also, found out from an attorney that these calls come from a house phone. Everything this caller is doing is illegal.

Caller left a long meandering pre recorded message about having tried to speak to me but never identified who it was that wanted to speak to me.  Finally near the end came the disclaimer that this is an attempt to collect a debt.  Then I was given the option to press 1 to speak to a representative and that the call would be recorded.
