My Parent got this Call in Belize, they would not say who or what they want. they wanted to talk with me. So I called the Number after multiple attempts I got someone answer. They said it was for the Green Card Lottery. I had applied for this ages ago over 10 years ago, they wanted to see if I was still interested on there program nope told them to stop calling.

That number appeared missed call at my husbands call log. Is that a number using at@t in the US? That is all I thought about that number.

I'm in Singapore and received a call from +1-631-443-2000 at 10pm (2pm GMT). Caller ID shows New York and I did not answer it. I have friends in US but none of them knows the number I use in Singapore. From the reports above, it is most likely a scam but I have no idea how they got my number.

I keep receiving calls from this number as well as +1 (917) 522 8380 on a daily basis. It is really starting to annoy the hell out of me. I stay in South Africa and have not used my number for any immigration sites. One thing has come to my mind and made me think. How many people who are getting bombarded these calls are making use of big social networking sites (for example: Facebook)? And are these social networking sites selling our numbers? Its ridiculous and I'm getting really fed up now.

I keep receiving calls from this number and I live in the UAE. How on earth has someone in NY got my contact number?????
I have yet to pick up the call I am hoping they will get bored.

It's scam .. it belongs to a company called Canadianvisaexpert , they called me and asked me to give them the first 6 numbers of my visa card to check if it's working to make payment . They told me that i got the immigration visa to Canada and the only thing that i have to do is telling them my credit card 1st six numbers .. it's b***s***

I was just reading this post when my pphinw rings,, her name is sisiya green from the australian immigration, ask me all the information n lastly she said we want to verify ny visa card of its eligible or not, then i said im sorry but i dont have with me my card, shes asking for d 16 digit,,, then i ask her y ur no is registered in newyork then she said shes calling from a net...i think this is a scam...if this no call anyone of us here,,,lets be more careful,,, this is a plain scam,,,

its a scam!

There is a link from Google ads for application to work in Canada.  The website is having individuals info hacked by this number and then collect personal info claiming to be the Canadian visa site. Because ppl have just been on the site and completed online info they comply and volunteer info over the phone.  The website are aware but unable to resolve it.  

I also got a miscall from same number. Is it a scam?
