they called I went to answer and they hung up and everytime I try to call back its always a busy signal..

I had the same experience as celia.  I got the call about how I had been entered to some sweepstakes and then faced with a magaizine subscription offer.  When  I told them that I didn't want the offer, they were very hostile in trying to get me to order.  I don't know what was up but when I threatened to hang up the phone the person quickly muttered "you have a good one" and hung up.  If you get a call from them save yourself some time and don't answer.

as the others have said-i get numerous calls from this number-when i answer, it either hangs up or dead air.  when i call back-ALWAYS BUSY SIGNAL.....it has to be a SCAM.

I know the real secret, if you answer seven times...you die!

This guy has called me twice since 9pm!  The first time I answered they hung up, the second time a guy was on the other line asking for me...funny the cell is in my husband's name.  How do they know this is my phone?  He said who he was really quick, all I heard was Utah.  When I asked what business he was with he hung up immediately.  This is illegal, it has to be.  I know it's illegal for telemarketers to call after a certain hour and no more than so many times in a week.  But these guys aren't even getting to the point to sell anything, they hang up too quick.  Anyone know what we can do?

I've received several calls from this number today. When I answer it they hang up and when I call them back it's always busy.

I drilled the guy on the phone when they called again for the 10 th time in three days. He said it was Summit Reader Services and I had been entered into a Dream Sweepstakes.

I demanded to speak with a supervisor and for him to give me a office number to complain. He said there was no number...Yeah right.

A supervisor came on and said he was taking me of the list and then hung up.

This number called me and left a message using my name and it sounded like someone out of a horror movie the way they where talking the message said "(my name) what are you doing give me a call back, I'll talk to you later" the voice is really creepy on it. Anyone else et this type of message?

called me to just stated customer service and that they would call me back.

this number just called me a second ago... ive been told that people call and stay on the line nad then we get charged crazy money so never answer calls u dont know..

Same here. Nothing in caller ID. As soon as answering machine picks up they disconnect. We need to get a bill passed that anyone that uses a phone, land line or cell is required to identify themselves in caller ID or the call immediately terminates. This is a crock. Maybe it's my ex and I don't want to talk to him!

This number called me 4 times today and I get the busy signal trying to call them back and when they did call they hung up.

My daughter keeps getting calls from 866-614-0870. We call our carrier after seeing this site. Nothing they can do. My advise is, "If one does not recognize a number, push the ignore button on phone and they can tell to my machine!" Saves ya a dine on the unwanted call, and if they really want to talk to you, they WILL leave a message; if not, the call was not that important after all.

just called the number back cause i missed the call but all i get is a busy signal. there must be a lot of other chumps out there calling them back at the same time, trying to figure out who called.

this number called my cell. when I answered this lady knew my name and complete address. she said I had won a sweepstakes in Draper, UT and I live in CA! I agreed to a brief survey and then she was very insistant about me subscribing to some magazines. after I said no, for the 3rd time, she hung up on me. it has to be a scam. I think she was trying to get my credit card info. my advise, don't answer the call.

I just got a call from 8666140870 they bever leave a message and I never answer.

i called my phone company and i was told they could not block it - so i added my number to the do not call list
