Datacom sent $558.00 invoice for toner that was never ordered or received. They obviously try and find companies who assume receipt or an employee who doesn't know any better and appoves the invoices for payment. Don't have to have many hits to make a living off of this kind of theft.

Datacom sent a fake invoice to my company as well for copier toner for a machine that I've never even heard of.  This is ridiculous.

We received an invoice for over $550 from this company. It's hard to say exactly when they called beforehand, since we get so many calls from scammers trying to sell their bogus inks and toners. The invoice in question was for toner for a printer we don't even own, and the toner was massively overpriced to boot.

Also received a fake invoice from Datacom for a copier we don't own.  Upon google mapping the address it looks to be an apartment complex.  How people like this get away with this is beyond me.

Our school was sent an invoice for $588.00 from DATACOM for copy toner for a machine that we do not own!  When the business office called to query the invoice, the woman on the phone said, "OK, I will cancel the invoice since you never received it!"

My company received an invoice for over $500.00 plus $27.00 in shipping for toner cartridges.
This is a total scam!!  We do not use this company.  They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau if they haven't already.  Do Not fall for this ... DO NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES!

We just recieved one of these "Invoices" today for $558.00.  We never ordered or recieved the toner.  This is a total scam, I reported them to the California State Attorney General's office.  I suggest you do the same if you recieve any of these invoices.

I'm not even sure if anyone looks at this or if you will see, but these people do not call from Datacom. They call from some other service company saying they are sending catalogs for something and they get you to give up a name of someone, ten send you a bill and never send any supplies either. They don't ever ask for the copy # or anything, so people don't realize it is the same scam that's been going on for years. the sad thingis, people are really paying for this kind of stuff.
