I have just recieved a card that was left on my door step and mail box.  It was 6 am and by the time my entire household woke up and ran to the door by the ringing of our door bell, the person was gone but left his business card.  No extension was left on the card but a name of "Mike" in the back with a scribbled phone number that is not legible.
it looks like 909.763.9?89  , the card is filthy and wrinkled, and one of my family members saw through window a white male getting into a white trunk idling outside. We are guessing this is him.
What can we do to make sure he is not tricking anyone out of money or home?  If this person was truly for real why wouldn't he have waited for someone to answer the door ESPECIALLY IF HE WOKE US UP AT 6AM!!!  
Also , does anyone know how this guy is picking houses to target?
Does anyone know who this weirdo is? And what can we do about this?
