Someone from the number has called multiple times recently; only wants to speak w/ my husband and hangs up on me when I try to speak w/ them, ask them who they are, etc....  Refuse to tell me who they are.

One of a multitude of scam fundraisers for support of a variety of Law Enforcement causes that don't exist.  These people have been calling me for years.
