Just got called from this number and got voice saying that they're from people PC and me being a cop stated to ask questions so they hung up on me I call back and got a apartment complex on my trace

I also keep getting calls from this number. If I answer, they don't speak and hang up after a few seconds. If it goes to answering machine, no message.

Yep, calls me at least 10 times a day and never talks or leaves a message. Could it be a thief checking to see if you are home?
