Wish you had posted this 3 months earlier... My husband got a call from these people and because he has never dealt with this type of thing listened to them...  they got $500 off of us and now we are being contacted by the REAL company and are learning about this fraud.  Please take Heed all!!!

Beware! Not a real company at al!! They called a friend of mine threatening to send the sheriff to his job or his home and they new the name of his OLD job and OLD address.  They told him it was for a loan.  I called and lied and said I was his wife.  I asked the rep for his name/company name/address....he said he was Ken Lavinsky and he was unable to give me that info cause he's just someone who answers the phone there and he will get a supervisor (already messed up lol).  They never had me verify any information for him.  They ony asked my name and statrted saying "my husband" is a fraud and he will be arrested for stop checks and all this other stuff through a credit union (big LEGAL no! no!). WE ALL KNOW LEGALLY NO COMPANY CAN DO THAT!!!!! Especially, that they supposedly work in the legal department RULE#1 to protect the company that you work for in court you are to make sure your caller verifies proper information before stating such personal information!!!!! (I manage a LEGAL DEPT...I know this for a fact!!!!)They are fools and they should do their homework before they perform these fraud performances.  They even went as far as saying (Good luck, your husband is going to need it.)  They hung up on me several times and threatened to call the police lol. I wish they will call the police that way they can be tracked and questioned too! But they wont call the cops because they are not a real company.....PERIOD! Don't waste your time talking to them.  I dont think you can trace their numbers, I know I couldnt through my system I have.  They wont give you a valid company address or anything.  They are not real...PLEASE do not give them your info.  

PS....HI JOHN PORTER or WHATEVER your name really is LOL By the way, thats the supervisor I spoke too! I'm sure they read this and put posts!!!

FYI.....My friend told me about this call because I actually do this job!!!!! We contact the people first by phone, then send letters, the letters then become certified, and then we serve them. We are a real company and you can google our phone number and our company will come up. We are very trackable cause when we are after money/fraud/theft, we do our best to be avaliable/reachable in any way.  You are given phones numbers, names, addresses and anything else you might need to settle the debt/issue.  All legitment companies are like that...TAKE NOTE!  NO COMPANY is able to call and threaten to send cops to people or wish them good luck.

These people are calling my job threatning to have me served with court papers stating I owe a dedt that they cant tell me from who, I smell scam never recived anything in the mail ..

These people are calling me constantly.  I work for a law firm and realize that there is no debtors jail in the US and they can not have you arrested!  I don't want them calling my job, my family, etc harassing them and telling lies.

These people called my work and spoke to my boss, which to me constitutes harassment! It is illegal for them to call to work repeatedly to make threats and go as far as getting your employer involved. I called back asking for their address because my attorney requested I obtain their address, and not only did they refuse but they kept hanging up on me. Needless to say, I called about six times and finally they answered when i blocked my number. The person that answered the phone stated he had called the police on me for harassment...now they know what it feels like to be harassed! But what's even funnier is he finally gave me the address which turned out to be a bogus PO Box.

A legit company will send you paperwork in the mail, leave the name of their company on the vm and not threaten you.  Threatening is illegal and you can sue them.

Rec'd call, left vm mesg. to return their call, to obtain a statement before filing in my Juris. Called number, answered to a Vm music....no live person picked up.

These people called me on my job and threatened to come to my job with court papers and bring the sheriff with them this is against the law to be call people job so please stop before you end up in jail.

These people are a very legit company. They helped me out with a bill that I owed. You people must of been hidding or lieing to them. They worked with me and a great company. PAY YOUR BILLS PEOPLE.

Got a call from number above threatening to have me arrested if I didn't give them my account# and pay $200.00.

Myself and my family get calls from this number threatening that they are. From the sheriffs department and we need to contact them immediately but when we callback they don't even know what's going on.
