got a call first from an unknown blocked number then 10 minutes later some idiot calls and when I answer he say Jason,I need to know if you get your mail at.(such n such adderess) and where do you live now without saying who he is and what this is about,then when I asked how dumb a question to be asking someone off the bat and why he is asking them he says it is a personal matter and that he needs to know. What an idiot.

has been calling constantly. they also somehow got my daughters name and phone number and have been harrassing her saying that i used her for a reference (i have never done this) and that they have good news for me. what recourse do i have on this. at the very least its a violation of both mine and my daughters privacy

They harrass me on my job!! What can I do if I get fired can I sue them. I know I can cause I work for the government. I will take this to the attorneys here in my building!!

The caller claims to be with a debt collection agency called "Nationwide Debt Management Service." If you get a call from them DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. If you have given them your credit card or bank info cancel the account immediately, they are calling to collect on debts that have already been paid and are being extremely intimidating in order to try to scam you out of money. If you have paid these scumbags any money you should see about opening a fraud case with your credit card or bank to recover the money!
