It a service that the auto dealerships use when you apply online for credit and they want to follow up.  They'll leave an automated voicemail message for you to call the dealership, with the dealership's phone number at the end of the message.  I received one today for Peoria Nissan.

I also applied for credit online through a car dealership and received the automated voicemail. I received mine from Fremont Motors of Lander, WY.
