I got a call from this number today and I do have an account there.  In the past they have called me even AFTER I had returned the movies.  The local store gave me the excuse that it's from their corporate office and that sometimes the information saying that the movies have been checked doesn't always get to them before they call us.  Ready to give them a phony phone number so they can stop cluttering up my answering machine!

I get these calls frequently and when I answer either the call or the voice message, all I hear is a beep, beep, the way someone is trying to fax me.  This is so annoying because it happens very early in the morning or late at night.

same. don't they know that i'm not coming in to pay the late fees?

1 866 3537 We got this call today and it was an add from movie gallery! They finely left a message after we received this call 5-6 times.

Also got calls from this number after my son paid his late fees, and it was a LOT after he paid, they should have known by then, Don't know why they are calling now, I don't think he has any late fees at the moment. Maybe an add like Donna said.

get calls from this number on the day my movies are due. Maybe it's just a friendly reminder. I have gotten them before, but only when my movies need to be returned. After I return them, it's normally no problem... It is obnoxious when my phone rings all day, though... for one movie...

Don't call me unless you are going to tell me that you have a larger selection of Blu-ray.

Movie Gallery???

Got a call from them while I was at work so it went straight to voicemail, the only message that was left was my name--it was also on the day my movies were due, so maybe it was just a reminder?

This call is from Movie Gallery...usually calling about overdue rentals.

They call me if I dont rent from them in awhile and give me a free rental ;)
