I received a spam fax this morning, claiming I was receiving it because I had made a recent inquiry regarding health insurance -- not true.

I have the same fax number and I would like to know if it is a scam?

I just found on the web http://associationhealthcare.org/contact-us/, they have the 866-7645819 number
