This is a scam outfit making blind calls to every number their computer can make up and trying to send a fax about health insurance.
I tried calling them back to find out about the "Plan" and they sent me to a website that can only be accessed after you have paid.

These people have sent repeated messages to my number which is on theational do not call list.
I have repeatedly asked them to stop, by calling the removal number but that does nothing.
I have decided to request help from the Michigan Attorney General, Mike Cox and from the Federal Trade Commission.
