This company is annoying! They just called my phone 3 times in 3 minutes. I get upset because they are tying up my phone so that I can't call out or receive calls from someone I do want to speak to. Look, if I had the money they so desperately want, I would give it to them just to stop the vicious cycle!

Calls constantly, either hangs up, leaves a voice recording identifying is as NCO Financial (although requests a call back but does not identify person they are trying to contact, an account or reference number). Calls several times a day
