Yea they call me to at work but they just hang up.. twice so far.. this is the first time ive gotten this call

oh my goodness i'm glad i'm not the only one! it's so annoying! any idea how to make it stop?

I too have been getting calls from this number 6 to 8 times a day, about every two hours.   I got so sick of it I just quit answering but that did not stop the calls.

This morning I bought a can of Horn/Sirene, the kind that you hear at the ball games... when they called I answered the phone with the horn.  It is very loud and I sure it hurt someone's ears.  They have not called back.

If everyone one got one of these and let them have it every time a unwanted call came in, I think they might stop calling.

My number is on the national do not call registry and I don't have ANY credit cards. These people are idiots, and I'm sick of their harrassment. Really considering suing them.

I get these calls 5-10 times a day. They are always hanging up on me, but I wonder if those who actually get a live person, if they threaten with the Better Business Bureau. That could possibly change something. If they get nasty- tell them that you have an address for them (P.O. box 105374 Atlanta, GA 30348-5374) and that you will be contacting the BBB immediately. Let me know how this works out!

Lodge a complaint with donotcall.gov, if you have registered you phone in the donotcall regsitry. I have filed a complaint towards this #.

These people are totally stupid, I don't have a CC with them but my husband does, he was always in good standing with TRIBUTE, until he went over his limit ONCE, they closed his account and now the call my phone continuously, I ignore them, because they are too lame to stop calling when the monthly payment isn't due or has already been paid.

Calls 2 or 3 times every day.

I have a salute visa card. They started calling from this number when I was late on my payment but even after I paid more than they asked for, they are still calling all the time!!!! I called the number back and instead of some business greeting, I got a hello. Screw them!

i have at least 24 calls a day from a company that is calling me and asks for a person who i dnt know. when i tell them to stop calling they call right back. i would like them to stop

i get a call from this number up to 8 times per day,  at night, on weekends, on holidays.  no messages left.

this number was calling my cel phone every 20 minutes and NEVER left a message, they are a debt collector, even though my account was current they would still call. I then paid the debt in full, they were still calling me, so what i found out is that you will need to call them back and say "cease all communication on this number my debt is paid in full and I have confirmation from my bank" Its been two weeks and NO MORE CALLS, be patient -pay what you owe and it will stop.

This number is from Salute/Tribute credit card service. I believe they are based some where in India. I kid you not they all CALL looking for people in which they have the wrong number. Don't bother trying to tell them they have the wrong number they dont understand ENGLISH. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CALL. I kid you not THEY CALL ME A MINIMUm of 10 TIMES A DAY STARTING AT 8:00AM ENDING 1 HOUR BEFORE 9PM (PST)

This idiot called my work phone 11 times yesterday and has already called twice today and I haven't even been at work 3 hours yet.  I have no bad debt at all so I know the call isn't for me. My co-worker said he has been calling for her, but that he is a fraud.  He does not speak good english, will not leave any information about his company and wants payment for soemthing bogus.  This is crazy.  Due to the fact that I work for a collection agency.  Just an FYI to ya'll...he cannot do this.  It is against the law.  You cannot keep calling unless a balance is owed first of all.  If he cannot tell you the reason for his call AND identify his self, you do not have to pay anything or speak with him.  Another thing, if you say DO NOT CALL, then he cannot, by law call you anymore regarding a balance, whether it is owed or not.  Hope this helps.

Whenever I answer it though it's always just dead air.  There's no operator or anything.

I no sonner finished filing a complaint on line with the FCC, than Card Services Holder called AGAIN, less than an hour later. Derek (employee #338FR) actually became abusive when I demanded that they stop calling, and told me that I was probably just sitting at home watching TV and (while laughing) said that he would look forward to calling and annoying me again in another hour or two. So, I then called the FCC, and they recommended (in addition to updating my electronic complaint with them) that I also contact my State Attorney General's Office.

I get numerous calls from this same number several times a day.  Once they identified themselves Visa and wanting someone whom I don't even know.  I don't understand why they call if the person they want isn't at this number. I have asked repeatedly "take my number off their list".  Why are they wasting their time and harassing people.  They can't be making any money and they sure aren't making any friends.

This is most likely, Salute, a sub-prime credit card company.

I just got digital voice and this is a new phone number to me.  I have had this # for about 4 days, and this number (866-839-1650) has called everyday, at least twice a day.  They are try to get a hold of someone named Clive Drexler.

I just got a new cell phone number a month ago and in a few weeks time, I've gotten about 25-30 calls from 866-839-1650. They won't quit calling even though we've told them the person they're asking for is no longer at this number.

Anyone have an address for this company? I don't have a cc with them and I want to send them a letter that they have the wrong person, b/c obviously telling them that over the phone just doesn't seem to work!

I have been getting calls from this number.  When I asked them to leave a message the person on the other end gave the name of Emanuel Russell from Aspire VISA.

I get a call from this number up to 15-20 times a day

I get calls form these idiots at 10 pm at night and on sundays 2-3 times in a row just enough to wake me up and piss me off and never leave a message id like to meet this jack*** and have there mouth wired shut since they are to retarded to leave a message and keep waking me up id like to give them a reason not to talk.....
