What card? It does not explain whether its a Visa, Master card nor
from what card company.

This number is the Call-in Number on the back of debit cards issued by CitiBank for the Texas Unemployment Insurance Commission.

I get a call with private and nothing else. when I pick up the phone nothing. This is more than a one time thing.
