They left a message, it was only to say to call back without any details. The phone number and a 8 diget item number, called the number and a automated answering unit answered, I hungup.

I got the same call on my wifes voice mail ... said something about debt collection!!!! Tried calling and got disconnected after 2 rings !!!!
Is it something to be worried about?

Do not call NCO back, after googling there are and abundance of complaints about them, and they violate multiple laws.

I received a message from this number indicating they were a collection agency and that I needed to call them back. They left no name or extension number for an agent, no reference number regarding their account with me and when I called the number, it rang three times and went to a busy signal. They called my home number while I was traveling abroad for 4 weeks. Perhaps they went out of business (the scam business) before I had the first opportunity to talk to them? I'm going to request my credit report to see if those clowns show up on it and will take action from there.

THESE IDIOTS RING MY PHONE OFF THE HOOK! THEY ARE ANNOYING.. THEY NEVER LEAVE ME A MESSAGE WHY THEY ARE CALLING.. ALL THEY EVER SAY IS ' ONCE AGAIN OUR NUMBER IS BLABLABLA' AND THEN LEAVE ME A WORTHLESS TASK TO CHECK MY MESSAGES... UGHHH! SO ANNOYING DUDE. I WILL PICK UP ON THE NEXT CALL AND CUSS THEM OUT!

Bunch of bozos who keep calling about a debt that I do not owe. They are looking for someone who may have had this phone number before I did [and I have had this number for 6 years]. Then they started calling my mother in Florida asking if she was my wife! I have sent them two letters demanding they cease and if this does not stop I am filing a lawsuit.
