Got a call from this number on my cell phone, caller left voice mail with southern accent. $1000 shopping spree, left a direct phone line number of 423-586-1824, name Terry Kerry Ellis. Didn't call them back, knew it was a scam.

i got this call on friday october 29th 2010 about 6:00 pm and they promised me a free card to be mailed to my house within 5 days ... its a supposid $1000.00 onling shopping spree sounds just like all the other peoples postes and i was already worried they said all i had to do was pay the s&h and all the stuff was mine!! i've never won anything but have been scamed ALOT so i figured it was too good to be true!! this number was out of fort lauderdale, FL and the "new number" is now (945)-414-7013 i did talk to them so i am gonna call the bank as soon as tehy open to give them a warning d*mn people GET A REAL JOB LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!!!!

Yep just got one today. Good thing I looked at this.

They knew me by name and said I won a $1000 online gift certificate.
They told me to call 8668752034 with a claim number as well. It was too fishy from the start.

I got a phone call from a woman with a southern accent saying I was selected to recieve a $1000 dollar on line shopping spree. I was at work, so I didn't answer the call, and she gave the 866 875 2034 number to call back on. luckily, I researched it to make sure it wasn't a scam, and thank goodness I did! DON"T CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be very surprised if you actually receive the gift card.

I had a voicemail today from a woman by the name of Jaquelin telling me that I won a $1,000 online gift card. She left a callback number and I always do a reverse number look up to find out who's been calling me. The number 866 875 2034 is not registered to anyone or anything. So I googled the number and found out that there are all sorts of scams involved.

Everyone should be really careful.
I have learned in the past how scams can sometimes work. You'd be surprised how many places already have your banking info, they just need a recording of you over the phone giving permission for them to access it and it's all over.

I'm not sure what you guys are talking about but I just got a $1,000 shopping spree.  I just said I didn't have a credit card and they said it was no problem.  Where's the scam in that?

Got a call today from a number 423-317-9049 and i didnt answer, they left a voice mail.. His name was Chris and said i won a $1000 gift cert. Told me to call back 18668752034 and ask for him to collect my prize.

Didn't answer when this number called. They left a message. I figured it was a scam because there was shouting in the background while the man with a southern accent left a message. He said that I won a $1,000 online shopping spree. I won't be calling back.
Also, I've entered some online surveys and sweeps lately so I'm sure that is how they got my number.

Got the same call this morning, from a different number but same company and same story.... so the scam is appearently still going strong

They also called me today and said that I won a thousand dollar online shopping spree. So I tryed to call the number 866-875-2034 back and got a weird sound. So I checked it out online and found out it was a scam. The woman went by the name Samantha and also had a southern accent. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK UNFORTUNATLEY IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

A woman left a message saying that I won a 1000$ shopping spree or something like that. Southern accent.

I got the same call today! It's those d*mn online survey companies..

Do not call these people back IT IS A SCAM>...they also called me from a morristown TN number, and I used to live in TN. Like an idiot I fell for it, but luckily realized it and cancelled my cards before they could get anything.
