stated not a solicitation but to please call back a.s.a.p

Automated call.  The message only said, "This is a business call, not a solicitation."  Then the phone number was given.

Received multiple calls in the months of December 2007 and January 2008 with an automated messeage noting "Please call for an important buisness matter, 866-899-1502. Again, this is a business call, not a solicitation..."

Claimed to be a collection agent for citibank.  Ended up with $150 of my money.  Tried to call him 22FEB08 but there was a automated message saying that the number was no longer in service.
