This number keeps calling and leaves messages that I can barely hear. As far as I can make out they're trying to say they have mail for me. Strange.

Credit Collector.  Not of good repute.  Very evasive with respect to the company name, and far from honest.

Credit Collector.  Pretends to know you like you're their best friend.  Difficult to even get a name let alone the agency name.  Not honest at all, careful with this one.  Likes calling between 6-7 AM!

I keep receiving calls from 806-903-2009, and can't seem to get them to stop calling.

How do I get them to stop calling ?????

I answered and they were looking for someone named Ann I think, with the same number as mine, so might just be wrong number but I dont know for sure.

These people have lefted over 30 messages on my machine for someone else.  This was after I told them they have the wrong number!

Please Hold ... Please Hold ... (Automated voice repeated several times) then lady asking for someone with same last name as me, claiming it is a business call, and accusing me of being rude when I complain that I've been woken by these annoying calls three days in a row.

Incompetent or fraudulent collection agency?

When they call ask "whos calling" They will hang up!!
If you do get them, say " oh yes you are the company that buys old contracts and accounts that are past the Statut of Limitation for personal debt collection and try to collect monies that you have no legal authority.
This is an attempt at Extortion and if you persist I will give your company name and address to the authorities to investigate.

I did that and I have never heard from them again.
