Got my first call from this number and am glad I (A) Didn't answer & (B) Googled it and found this. What the heck? Why hasn't anyone stopped these people? Luckily enough, I'll be putting a holding on this number for a few mow months. Does anyone have the current Florida address for them? Although they happened to call a midwest prefix, I happen to be in central Florida for the next few weeks and would love to stop by.............

I got a call from this number after I had received numerous calls from the following numbers +0000000000, 403, & 215. The same guy is somehow able to change his numbers that are not registered anywhere and loves to argue to the point the calle(e) wants to pull there hair out. Who is this guy and what agency cares enough about our U.S. FCC rights?  Answer: Obviously not enough. I fully believe in Karma and hope it bounces back to him 1,000 fold, enough is enough.

I think it's those "Acai Berry Diet Pill" people.  I ordered it a LONG time ago and sent it back and cancelled further orders.  I don't know why they think I want more when I sent the first bottle back!  Very annoying that they are calling me at WORK.

These people have been calling my cell phone, on average, 7-8 times a week.  Last time that I spoke to someone, he told me his name was Jansen.  I was irate b/c I have been asking REPEATEDLY to be taken off their call list.  I told Jansen next time someone calls I will be contacting a lawyer because this is harassment.  One time I pretended I was 16 and a gentlemen still attempted to be selling me medication.  I dont take medication and do not want any.  They are even willing to send Viagra to a 16 year old female.....talk about morals, ethics and breaking the law.  Just decided to stop answering with hopes they will stop calling

I rec'd a call asking for my husband by his nickname.  I asked to whom I was speaking.  He said Joe Garcia.  I asked who he represented.  He said himself.  I asked what this was pertaining to.  He said that it was none of my business, that I was rude and that I should be taught some manners. I told him to never call this number agian.

This number called within 2 minutes after the number 8662097845. These two numbers must come from a same criminal. These numbers are most linked to credit card crimes.

this is an outgoing telemarketing number for USA Pharmacy, based in Florida.  They have a staff of about 30 people making calls: at least one of them was inexperienced enough to give up pertinent information-the customer service number is 866-216-3842 and you can speak to Tina Marte who will claim (like the first ten people who answered 866-908-8233 did) that she is a supervisor.  If you keep calling these numbers you may have some luck in stopping their calls.  The people who answer at -8233 are for the most part extremely rude, making comments such as, "you must forget you order, you need these drugs mother-f**ker".  If you call back and get the same insipid moron they will start hanging up on you or asking YOU to stop calling THEM-isn't that nice?

A guy called me from this number that is very hard to understand.  He said he was calling to refill my medication and asked if I was on a weight loss medication or anxiety medication.  I told him I'm not on either and then he asked what I do take. I told him I was at work and couldn't talk.  I haven't answered since and they call everyday multiple times and it has been going on for a couple months and they won't stop.  I just don't answer at all I just let it ring.

I have received calls early in the morning and late in the evening. Several times per week.  I don't answer when I see this number and they never leave a message.  The few times I did answer they were saying they wanted to refill my weight loss medication and I told them I did not want to be contacted by them , yet they still call....They will not reveal what company they are with and hang up on you if you press them..

I forgot to mention... press *67 before dialing his number which makes your number come up as unavailable.  There is no way he can find out who called him.

IF EVERYONE HARASSES THIS GUY BACK THE SAME WAY HE IS DOING TO SO MANY PEOPLE, THEN AT LEAST THAT IS SOME SORT OF JUSTICE!!!

HE CALLS ME TOO... BUT I FIGURED OUT A SOLUTION.

1) Call your phone carrier and tell them to block the number.  I have Verizon, and they said they could do this.

2) CALL THE GUY BACK OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND SHOW HIM WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE ANNOYING!!! I CALL (DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS) AND HE ANSWERS AND I DON'T RESPOND.   I CAN TELL HE'S GETTING ANNOYED.  GOOD!

My 10 year old keeps getting these calls on her cell phone, and its taking up her minutes, so when I called back the number, some spanish guy answered. I told him he was contacting the wrong # and to please take this number off his records.  About a half hour later, the same number called the cell phone again, and when I called back, I told him that I just called them before and asked them to take this number off their records, and the guy said to me, "It sounds like you are giving me an order!" and I said, yes, I am, and he started threatening me, saying "Do you know who I am?  No one talks to me like that, your gonna be sorry, Do you have any idea who I am?!?!".  Then 2 hours later, they called the cell phone AGAIN...

I had a voicemail from a guy named Kevin who said he worked for US Farms.  I called him back and said that my weight loss medication was ready for refill.  I told him I did not take weight loss medication.  What an idiot!  I told him he was contacting me at a business phone and to never contact me again.

I receive multiple calls from this number every day (about 7)on my cell phone. Usually I just let it go to voice mail, unfortunately they keep calling back. Whenever I do take the call & I tell them to stop calling since they have a wrong # (they are asking for someone named John)they just hang up on me. I dialed back the # a few minutes ago, they picked up their phone saying that their company is called US Pharmacy, I told the rep that I keep getting calls from their company, they have a wrong # and to stop calling me. The representative merely hung up on me. Anyone out there have any good ideas?

I got a call from 866-908-8233, they asked if I wanted my Rx to be delivered and they asked for my address. Then he tried to tell me I ordered the Rx with their Medication company and he was trying to get my credit card info. First of all I have Kaiser and I don't use any out side pharmacies. Who the hell is this company? When I hung up I called the phone # right back and when he answered he didn't state the business name.... at this point it sounds like a scam and I think the cops should be invovled....

FTC WEBSITE:

Will All Telemarketing Calls Stop If I Register?
If I register my number on the National Do Not Call Registry, will it stop all telemarketing calls?

No. Placing your number on the National Do Not Call Registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all. Because of limitations in the jurisdiction of the FTC and FCC, calls from or on behalf of political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors would still be permitted, as would calls from companies with which you have an existing business relationship, or those to whom you’ve provided express agreement in writing to receive their calls.

Are calls from political organizations or calls soliciting for charities covered?

Political solicitations are not covered by the TSR at all, since they are not included in its definition of “telemarketing.” Charities are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $11,000.

What about telephone surveys?

If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered — that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. Callers purporting to take a survey, but also offering to sell goods or services, must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry.

My number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. After I bought something from a company, a telemarketer representing that organization called me. Is this a violation?

No. By purchasing something from the company, you established a business relationship with the company. As a result, even if you put your number on the National Do Not Call Registry, that company may call you for up to 18 months after your last purchase or delivery from it, or your last payment to it, unless you ask the company not to call again. In that case, the company must honor your request not to call. If they subsequently call you again, they may be subject to a fine of up to $11,000.

An established business relationship with a company also will be created if you make an inquiry to the company, or submit an application to it. This kind of established business relationship exists for three months after the inquiry or application. During this time, the company can call you.

If you make a specific request to that company not to call you, however, then the company may not call you, even if you have an established business relationship with that company.

Are telemarketing calls from overseas covered?
Yes. Any telemarketers calling U.S. consumers are covered, regardless of where they are calling from. If a company within the U.S. solicits sales through an overseas professional telemarketer, that U.S. company may be liable for any violations by the telemarketer. The FTC can initiate enforcement actions against such companies.

The BBB has only received one complaint since July 2008.  Mine today will make two.

Business Contact and Profile

Name: Health Care Benefits
Phone: (866) 908-8233
Address: 75 Canbee Rosd

Naugatuck, CT 06770
File Open Date: July 2008
TOB Classification: Drug Brokers
BBB Accreditation: This company is not a BBB Accredited business.

File complaints with the BBB, FCC and DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  Also, if your phone coverage allows call screening block 866-908-8233 and 800-737-8423.  This will give you temporary relief until they change their numbers again.  If you receive actual threats against you, notify your local law enforecement agency and document this action with all above mentioned agencies.  The BBB shows them in Connecticut, not Florida.  Either way, they are allegedly in the US and must comply with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  So make your offical complaints and be as detailed as possible.
