First Source Advantage LLC but caller ID says number is 1-716-213-5654  or 1-716-213-2120 which is Commercial Collection Corp, 34 Seymour Street, Tonawanda, NY 14150. Message is left by Indian accent employee so this is FirstSource Advantage, LLC call system which is located in Indian and Corporate offices are located at 205 Bryant Woods South, Amherst, NY 14228-3609, 1-716-564-1100, Fax: 716-564-4440.  Firstsource deals with healthcare companies in collections.  They call and seek any information whether you are person they are looking for in hopes that you will supply information to lead to collections.  They violate new FCC regulations by not offering an option to press #2 that you are not who they are calling for.  The message is to hang up if you are not the person the computer asks for and if you do not hang up, Firstsource Solutions Ltd.(part of Firstsource Advantage LLC) says you have verified that you are indeed the person they are calling.  In other words, the computer will continue to harass, especially if it leaves a message on your answering machine.

Been getting calls for someone else for a long time, this is just one of many companies. I looked the guy's name up online, only took me 5 minutes to get his number & address, don't know why they can't do the same. I called the 888 number first, but it was disconnected. Called the 716 number above, told the woman who answered that they have the wrong number and gave her the reference number. She removed my phone number from the list.

Called me AGAIN today, so I called back and told them AGAIN that they have the wrong number and to PLEASE stop calling.
