Got a letter from 'US Air Promotions' saying I 'have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets ... for travel anywhere in the continental US from any major international airport ... retail value of this award is up to $1,298.00. Certain restrictions apply'. Requested that I call 1-866-949-8025. Not going to do that!

Called my cell phone but I was in the movies... I'm in houston area... I called the number back from my cell and it says not a working number... The call came in at 7:19pm houston time with no message left... Good luck!

They said they were with democrats for prosperity and were asking for donations for some Obama foundation.

Someone from this number keeps calling our clinic for probably the last few months - sometimes several times a day!!! When we answer, there is no answer - sometimes voices in the back, orther times complete silence. When we phone back, we get a message saying that extention 0091 is not available and to please leave a message. Why would I leave a message when I don't know who or why they called me in the first place. So far today they phoned 4 times - it is only 12:28pm!!

No messages ever left.... repeated calls..... figure it is a scam so I saved the number as "ZZ JUNK" in my phonebook so that I never answer when the call comes in... actually, I have a lot of "Z" coded phone numbers so that I can have them coded to instantly identify that these are calls that I am not going to take! Unknown callers are blocked.

they call my house several times a day. my machine gets it. i have answered a few times and no one is on the other end.

This is the most annoying thing I have ever experienced! They call 4 times a day starting at 9am and no one is ever on the line and it hangs up immediately! I need to know how to report this and what I can do to stop this. These people need to have corrective action! Can I call the better business bureau?

Please file your complaints with the Federal Communications Commission at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. Hopefully an awareness of this misuse will lead to discipline.
