This phone number is currently listed with VTS (vacation time share).  I cannot figure out if the company is a scam OR not a scam.  Cannot find them on the internet.  Caller ID shows them as Unknown

Repeated calls from 866-986-8249 saying something in Spanish and asking for the person who used to have this number. They hang up when I tell them she doesn't live here and never did. Our number is unlisted and on the do not call list.
