Caller is telling me that I hae won $500,000 and can pick up this money fom Western Union. He gave me he phone number of Western Union and a 10 digit number to give them to identify the transfer.He also told me I had to give them $149.99 in order to pick up the check they are holding for me. He has called me 3 times.and I tell him I will not pay anything.
