Got this same call, actually eight of them today.  Promise of $450,000 and a brand new MacIntosh computer.  All I had to do was have a bond receipt for $299.00 from Western Union to have been sent to "Wayne Baize in Tollhouse CA 93667" and the call was coming from "Robert Williams."  He even let me know that they had to "take down the website detailing the contest because of hackers."  

Haven't received any threats yet, and oddly enough, the "orange UPS style truck" hasn't shown up at my house either.  He did have my home address, though, so if the calls keep up and threats do happen, I will be contacting the police.

They try to tell you that you won a lotto of some enormous amount.
BUT you have to send so and so money by Western Union, or Moneygram to some foreign address.
They have you do that a few times and then you get upset and say, "I'm not giving you anything until you come to my house with the check."
Well, they have a truck for your type of people that will come to your house, pick up the next check and say the Fed Ex truck is on it's way with your 14.5 million dollar check and the new car.
OR they might just rob you of all you have, and your house, too, and heck, maybe who knows what they do to the senior citizens in this country that have been murdered out of the blue.
Who knows if it could be these types of folks that prey upon the senior citizen community, and everyone else in hard times that may hope they won a large lottery.
They guy is scary, and after you don't give them what they want they threaten you with your life, and or hurting you in some fashion for wasting their time.
