Received this call today, 12/11 at 12:49 pm.  It was a telemarketer trying to send me something.  I told me my number is on the National No-call list.  He made a crude remark and I ended the call.  The area and prefix is from Kingston, Jamaica.

I received this call on my cell phone.  It sounded like a telemarketer and I could barely understand him.  He claimed I had "won" something and wanted to  send it to me.  When I responded that I wasn't interested and advised him that my number is on the National No-call list he replied with a crude sexual remark.  I pretended I couldn't understand him and ended the call.  According to the area code and prefix this call is from Kingston, Jamaica.
