I got a call from David Brooks saying he was from PCH and I won 2.5 Million and to go Walmart to get a Green Dot card with 100.00 on it. That the check was going to be delivered with 2 attorneys and a state marshal. Once I got the card to call and the men would be at my house a hour later. I said okay, I'll call you back and looked up the number. Thank you everyone or saving me from this scam. You never have to give or send money to receive a real  prize. So sad that people are still doing this bull&*%$

Just got a call from 876-352-3014 and was also told from PCH and that I won a million $$. Asked if this was the 1st time I was notified and if I was excited. When I said, oh yes, so very excited. (in a snotty tone) the woman hung up on me. Thick strange accent and also hard to understand.

Omg...just got "the call" earlier today while I was working, saying I had won $1mill...some dude named David White w/a horrible accent, I could barely understand him, which me being the skeptic that I am, knew something was up, cuz I figured the real PCH would have american/english speaking ppl working for them, no foreigners, no offense lol...so he kept talking, asking questions qbout how.did I want to receive it, when, did I want it.to be public or private, like really asking stuff u would think PCH would ask lol smh...not so. He gave me an 800# to call and validate/confirm my winning prize #. Some BS # that was a busy line smh, then immediately called me back, saying the.next step was to go get a freakin green dot.money card. Oh please. Like, how stupid do u think I am. I saw that scam a mile away. But for someone who really is wishing and waiting on that break from the heavens, if its a jamaica # asking u and saying all of this BS I just described, keep praying. I recently got contactrd by a 876 number.Her name was Cindy White.She said she was a PCH rep telling me i had won 1 million dollars.And i believed her cause i remember entring in the sweepstakes starting in 2009 til now.So she made it seem very very legit.But I knew something wasn't right because the call was coming from Jamaica(but she did she was in New York).So I had stalled her and told her that I was going to call her back she said ok(Remind you it was a Saturday she called)It's now Monday and she still calls my phone she told me tomorrow that they would be at my house with the check.She wanted me to pay $75 so I can have a receipt so they can deliver my check.Then she called and said while they was on their way they got stopped the US Marshall and whatever.She then said I had to pay state to state taxes which was $135.I knew then that it was a scam.

When I asked them to verify who I was, they hung up on me. They kept telling me they were the PCH and I didn't have any thing to worry about. They didn't know my address or my last name.

Caller said I won $1 mil.  They gave me info like a conformation number and said the check would be delivered via state trooper and with a certified cashiers check lic. by Band of America.  They said I would need a Green dot Moneypak scratch card for license and registration.  Said I would need to put $500.00 on the card and they needed the 14 digit number from the back to finalize my registration. They pushed for me to get the card right away and said they would stay on the phone and walk me though buying the card while at the store via my cell.  When I told them I didn't believe that PCH would be so pushy about this card, the caller agreed and said when would be a better time to call to get the info, I said 10 min prior to the scheduled delivery of the money and they hung up.

DO NOT return the call from someone calling from a 876 area code.
This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

Some lady I couldnt really understand called saying id won one million dollars and as if I wanted it to be on tv or delivered by UPS. Also ask me how does it feel to be the winner of a million dollars. SCAMMERS!
