Also got a call from this number, told me I won some sort of lottery, he told me it was 'tax free' and said i would just have to pay a "small" fee of $499 for shipping. I hung up the phone.

Got the same call today, same guy (John Greene) telling me that I won a prize (a car & check) and he was going to send someone to my home today with a certified check. Very insistent and had to finally just hang up on him.

Got a call from that number today. Didn't recognize it and picked up. He said "hello! Are you the owner of this number? My name is John Greene" I immediately hung up, googled the number and this is what I found.

I just received a call from a man from that number. He wanted to become friends with me and asked if I was 35 and unmarried. He said he wants to come to Louisiana, but he would like to marry me or one of my friends. My employer called the sheriff's office and two deputies came over because our conversation was recorded due to where I work. I was advised that this is a scam. That is he looking for older unwed women to send him money, among other scams he's running. Hang up if you get a call from him. He is actually calling from Jamica.

THIS # 876-354-0682 CALLED ME YESTERDAY AT WORK-SOME WOMAN THAT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND-SO I HUNG UP. I CALLED THAT # BACK AFTER WORK-SPOKE TO A MAN AND HE WAS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT I WON A PRIZE-WHAT A SCAM-I TOLD HIM I DO NOT KNOW YOU AND I HAVE NOT ENTERED ANY GAMES AND THIS # WAS CALLED FROM JAMAICA-I ALSO TOLD HIM TO STOP CALLING MY # EVER AGAIN. I JUST TALKED TO AT&T AND THEY ARE PLACING A FLAG ON MY # TO BE SURE THAT I WILL NOT BE BILLED FOR THIS CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
