K,  send a written complaint and dispute the charges, there should be a address for this on the back of your bill someplace with instructions). Send it where they *have* to sign for it and can't say I didn't get it! Tell them its fraud. If this number called you, its called bill cramming BTW..  Print the above complaints as well and make sure you send a copy  (keep copys for your personal records as well and note it on the bottom like this:

CC: <insert name here> (also include attorney's name too  if you have one)

Then also file complaints with the DNC , FCC and FTC (make sure you copy those and send as well <- this will get their attention btw)

Was told by my cell phone carrier that I had dialed this number...876-392-2074...I ended up getting charged for two international, long distance calls because of this.  I didn't even call this number!

Person said we won 500k - said we would have to go to Wal Mart and obtain a gift card to send to them. Absolutely fake call.

They say they are with Bank of America and I won 2.5 mill plus a new Mercedes but i must pay $499 shipping and handling or 1/2 that now and 1/2 after i receive my prize.  I must pay by wiring this money.  True?  I am not buying into this unless I have proof!
