My Caller ID reads - KINGSTON JM for 1-876-402-2813

We have been getting calls from this number 1-876-402-2813, kept saying we won a prize for over 2 million dollars and want information, we kept telling this foreigner/man that we are not interested but he keeps calling back, at least 8 times today.  We had a hard time understanding him due to his dialect.  He does not take "No' for an answer.

Caller claiming to be from Las Vegas. Claimed I was a winner. Obviously from Jamaica based on the area code.
