Everything that Sarah posted in her comment is the same thing he told me, he did in fact call me back and blocked his # after that. these 2 phone calls happened within 5 minutes.

I just had an incoming call from this number but didn't answer since my phone said that it's a Jamaican number and I don't know anyone currently in Jamaica.

Just called telling my mom she won $290k. All he needed was 2 forms of ID and for her to send him 1% tax on her winnings. Tried to get her to purchase a claim card to put the funds on. I called my local police department to report it and I was told that no crime was committed because she didn't fall for it. Oh, he also promised her $450 gift cards per week for life from Walmart.
