I received a call from (876) 423-5728
Jamaica only cell phone this morning, but since I don't know anyone in Jamaica, I didn't answer it. After reading these posts, I'm glad I didn't!

I am soooooooooo tired of constantly getting this type of call.

Received a call from someone stating they were from Publishers Clearing House.  Had a real thick accent.  Never got his name. I knew I had not entered any contests or prize things, so I figured right away that it was more than likely a scam. When I answered the phone , it was a very good morning to me from him. I then asked "who is this?.  That's when he stated he was from PCH.  I then stated that I was not interested and hung up.  I also put this phone number im my contacts as a scam, so that, if I am called again by this number it will come up as a scam and I will not answer the phone.

I got the exact same call. They told me I had won $2.5 Million and a mercedes. He told me that his name was Mr. Roy Green, his personnel # was 5252, from PCH. I listened long enough to get all this information. He said that the number voucher for my mercedes was BE1122. Then he said that the Check # for my $2.5M was 5045661707US, He said that the reference # was 0016H1. He also said that my winning # was my phone # and that I had been selected because of my tax paying, shopping at stores and blah blah....in the end he wanted me to get a Green Dot Money Pack Paper Card. He told me I could get them from 7-11 and Wal-mart. He stayed with me on the phone for a long time. He wanted me to get a $300 card, keep the receipt and that I would be seeing them soon. He wanted me to give him the numbers off the back of the card! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give anyone the numbers off of the back of a Green Dot Card or they can take all of the money that you put on it. This whole thing was totally a shame to get you to give them money.

Got the call today. I wish I had kept him on the line longer. It's great to waste as much of their time as possible. The more time spent with you, the less time they have to scam some poor old lady out of her savings. Pathetic a$$holes.

I got the same call from Roy Green. He's a scam artist and don't f*** with him. He's full of s*** and don't trust him.

same guy called me he's doing it to all the unblocked numbers in hawaii the police said in the state of hawaii they can just look it up and dial numbers that appear generally or some sheeez like that heres my story though you gonna be rollin: Funniest S#!T ever happened today (Roy Green) with the Jamaican/Caribbean type accent can KISS MY @$$! He tried to use the green.moneypak scam on me, of course i played the dumb housewife role and recorded everything he had to say, when he finally realized that i had pulled the plug on him he told me that he's not going to send me $#!t and F me (hhahahahaaha) im laughing so hard because i have to give the dude credit for his endless pursuit of the Benjamin's i recorded him cursing and going crazy and telling me to just buy the card dammit and if i understand? DUUUUH!!! Seriously i had so many smart A$$ remarks to say and he still didnt get it ( could be because i told him i had 300 cash on me) and let me tell you he said and promised everything under the sun, my favorite part was when he asked me to promise to God that i had the money and i said that i don't use the Lords name in vain (Still sitting here at home with this recording of him going ape s*** and me being a clueless bimbo laughing my behind off) he started off all nice and sweet AWWWWW!!!! man my mojito in hand and this recording just made my day i dont care if he told me to F myself just the fact that he was on the line dealing with me for over 30 minutes and then going cray cray when he finally realized i was F'n with him puts a sweet smile on my face! Im a penny pinching keep every dime i can find change collecting interest seeking person i wanted to tell this guy he couldn't con 2 pennies outta me let alone $200 but the entertainment value was just to great an opportunity to pass up (THANKS FOR THE LAUGHS ROY) Even though im certain that Roy is a fake name (NONE THE LESS YOU'VE MADE MY DAY BY BEING AN IDIOT) we both got hit with the same person....though i got him good!!!i feel like if you take the time to F with me and try to ruin my day and waste whatever precious time i cant get back then i should be allowed the same "turn about being fair play" and all....needless to say my husband and i are taking great pleasure in his humiliation on the recording and ive also reported it to the police (made my day)

Just got a call from this number, James Fox. Same story, that I wont 2.5 Million and a Mercedes just because I pay my utility bills on time and pay taxes... He insisted that I go get the green dot money pack paper card right now and put $499.99 on it. and that he will stay on the phone with me the whole time to get the information on the card to 'register' me for the delivery of the car and 2.5 Mil. I had a funny feeling the whole time and once he started getting frustrated with me saying I had to get it now I googled the phone number and found this. I hung up right away.... scam...

Got a call today from a Roy Green stating that he was from Publisher's Clearing House and that me cell phone number have be picked and I had won second place and had won 2.5 million and a new car. They gave me a check number, a package #, a ref # and a secure code so when we talked--we could use it. Roy Green ask if I was at home or if not how far was I from my house and that I needed to leave right then and go home because PCH was on their way to my house to present me with my winnings and a new car (2014 Pearl White Mercedez Benz).Mr. Green said its not a scam . He wanted to stay on the phone with me the whole drive to my house. I told him that I couldn't leave where I was at right then and he gave me a phone # of 1-876-423-5728 ext 5 and to call back when I was on my way home. I hung up and called that # back just to see what it said and a James Fox answered the phone stating PCH and I hung up. I called the real PCH to verify that I had won and they told me that they never contact their big winners by phone and that it was a scam.  What a creep. This man needs to be delt with.

Just a warning: Now it's  James Fox from PCH with 2.5 million dollars and a 2013 Pearl white Mercedes E Class. If this person calls you please call the real PCH and report them. That's what I did. This scammer makes it sound really good too, saying that they are from PCH and affiliated with Bank Of America and the Federal Reserve. At the end of the day, it's still a scam. You should never have to spend your money to get free money in a sweepstakes, scholarship, grant or anything else that should be free. FYI: PCH does not contact you in any way ahead of time if you win, they just show up at your address.

The caller is now saying his name is James Johnson with PCH.

Ok...I knew it was to good to be true! I only sent $55 dollars in a green pay pal card from Longs and he promised a brand new Mercedes Benz with 5 year paid insurance thru geico and 2 years free worth of gas. And 2.5 million dollar's and a $2500.00 gift card for Wal-Mart. I'm an idiot!  At least I didn't give him the $285.00 he wanted. Its s scam and I'm going to let everyone know! Lessons learned!

Got a call from this looser today. Same BS story as everyone else here. Only this time I reported the details to the FBI IC3.
Run Roy Green, RUN because the FBI is coming to give you a prize of your own and its confirmation number is: incarceration911!

Remember - if you had actually ENTERED a contest and did win - you would NOT have to pay taxes, fees or any other kind of money before receiving the money!  If you "win" something and you have to pay anything to receive it - it's a scam.

Hi everyone, everything everyone is saying about this number is so true, I just got a phone call about an hour ago from the same person telling me the same thing, I actually got out my bed to go to Wal-Mart to put the 499.99 he requested on a green dot money pack card, he stayed on the phone with me the entire time at first I felt it was so real cause he never asked for my bank account info, it was when he wanted me to give him the card number and receipt number in order for my packages to get delivered, I then said no and hung up he still calling as im typing this so everyone please be very careful cause he almost scam me as well. how I found out about this, I called my friend and we google the number he is using and this pop up shaking my head.

I got the same exact phone call.  It was from Roy Green with Windstar Sweepstakes.  Said that my phone number was a second place winner through Windstar and Walmart and I would get $2.5 million and a 2013 Mercedes Benz E Class.  He said that the delivery truck with my new car on it was 45 min outside the city on their way in to deliver it to me.  He gave me a badge #, package code, check # (for a check issued by Bank of America), a Ref # and a Winning #.  He was asking for my address when he had to put me on hold because the delivery truck was calling.  I took tht time to look up the number and saw all these posts.  I finally just hung up.  He called back though and asked why I hung up.  I told him that I was reading online that he was a total scam and that I didn't believe him.  He said that "no, it isn't a scam" but when I pressed him for info, he hung up on me.

Missed call.  Returned it because I was waiting for another important call and was told that they were the "Publisher's Clearing House".  I did not care or believe them.  The caller was male and had a thick accent.  After I told him repeatedly 'never mind', he hung up.  I have now been charged for an international call to/from Jamaica.  Do not even answer this number.

I just got a call from these people 2.5million dollars I dont believe this I think I need the police over when they arrive. I believe in God, and not this non since from roy green.

This number just scammed me out of $150 Said his name was Rot Green. Someone really needs to do something about this and stop him and others like him.

I got a call saying that i won  a lottery of 2.5 million and a mercedes. I am sure this is a scam but want to make sure officials can take action against this man.

I keep getting calls from 876-423-5728 telling me I won a whole lot of money and that I am to go to my bank and get a MO for $109.00 and then I must meet him. He will have a Cadillac and the Media waiting for me to take me to the bank. I know this is a scam. i would like for the proper authorities to intervene and put this guy away before his plan succeeds with some gullible old lady.

This person keeps saying that my mom has won money and they say the are from pushblishing clearing house (PCH). We found out it not true cause PCH does not do that. But they keep calling everyday even when we tell them they are a phone scam it is from Jamician
