This # 876 281 4123 called at least 20 times over the last few day. I ignored the call. Yesterday it started calling every hr.
I was waiting for an impt call. So after the 3rd time finding it is still this #, I answered and a man with a strong indian accent started to speak but I didn't let him go on. I told he had to be SUPER RETARD to keep calling when it is obvious after the 20th call ignored that he is NOT WELCOME. After I end the call, this RETARD started calling every min for about 10 times before I turned off the phone.
I file a police report because that way, if the RETARD call again, it can be trace back to him.
I definitely hope the police can catch this idiot.

He gave me a verification number 1-876-356-9450 and ask for Albert Johnson   ext 5. He wanted me to go to Walmart and get a GREEN MONEY DOT CARD and load it with $499, he did not want me to hang up the phone. I told him that I'm not going to give money to anyone. He said that all I had to do is show them the card..He told me that I can put $200 on it. I said "I don't have any money for you,"he asked me how much do I have? And can I borrow money from anyone in the house. I told him NO! He transferred me to another guy, who sounded just like him, heavy Jamaica accent. We went back and forth with the same craziness. He then hung up the phone.  I called him back and told him off. He asked if I want my winnings Public or Private? I told him I don't want anybody at my house, I wanted my winnings at a public place..He said it has to be at my house, so that I don't get robbed, killed. I asked for a website he could not  give it to me. I could keep going on, I'm going to end it like this. PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Number today 4/23/13 was 1-876-561-0221,  Sounded like name was John Coulter orfferring 3.5 million prize, but I kept asking questions and saying it didn't sound right.  I didn't give him persoanal info and then hung up.  He called back 6 times but I didn't pick up.

Called today claiming I won 1.5 million, first I had to purchase a pre-paid card in the amount of $299.00 and give them the information on the card, then I would receive the money.   I of course new this to be a scam, got a phone number to call them back.   Sylvester Snider (925) 951-8377.  International Payout Services.   Be very aware of this scam.   If it sounds to good to be true....well then you know it is a scam......

How does this scum sleep at night preying on the elderly??!! He laid out this whole spew as was reported above! He said they need 3 Green Dot cards for 500.00 each and was hateful when my mother was suspicious?! Wish we could meet 'Mr. McKenzie' in person!!  BEWARE PEOPLE .... I've been having this same problem for weeks now. theyI can't seem to understand "Do Not Call"....driving me nuts...

Have gotton around 10 calls in the last few days from a Mr. Carter saying he is with International Payout Services. Apparently I have won $12,000.000 a Mercedes Benz. I was told to keep this a secret, and he would be over to my home to take me to the bank with the proper documents. I kept asking how much it would cost to get my money, and he evaded the question. I called my local police detective and waiting to hear back from them. They have targeted the elderly woman who lives across the street and wanted $10,000, to claim her million dollar prize. She actually went to the bank to withdraw the money until her neighbors intercepted her. WOW!!!

Latetest number used is 1 876 281 4123 on the caller id listed as JM.  Do NOT fall for this!!!! The man has a caribbean accent claiming to be Mr. Errol Fisher from the International Payout Service who wants to award me $5million dollars out of a $20 million 4 way split International Lottery giveaway.  He initially called and asked for someone else and I said wrong number and hung up. He called back to say why did I hang up he got the name wrong for the phone number and explained the winnings above and how it can be issued by a wire transfer to my bank.  When I questioned him, he could not tell me how he got my number, the address and phone number of the company headquarters, and WHY he needed my address to deliver a check to my door if it was for me. He thought by saying he would give it to a children's charity since I declined that I would jump for the offer. I told him in hindsight I like the idea of giving it to a children's charity and God bless you since you claim to be a pastor.  Very sickening how some people try to take advantage of other people.

received call from jamaica saying i won 2,700,000.00  the persons name is david gold.  He said to send $1,755.00 to Jamaica WI saying it was Jamaica Wisconsin.  i know there is no such town in wisconsin and he is trying to trick me like i dont know its west indies.  what a joke these guys.  also they have other numbers 876-368-8082, and 876-575-4964.
