I recieved a call from this number(876-472-4330) stating that I had won 2.5 million through Publisher's Clearing House but had to pay a fee of $900 for S&H and insurance through UPS.  The person's name was Joe Carter and assured me this wasn't a joke or a farce.  I called the number back when UPS failed to arrived and talked to Tony Brown (ID#235000913), in Nevada, and again was assured that this prize was true. When I questioned him further, he suggested I call the police, he was just doing his job and doing nothing wrong.

I just received a similar call stating I won 2.5 million but I had to pay $450 for the shipping and handling and insurance through FedEx. The person's name was David Moore calling from Las Vegas, Nevada. He gave me this phone number, 876-472-4330, and told me to call back and ask for the manager, Tony Brown. He also said he was from American Sweepstakes Corporation and that their website is "down" due to something with the government. He told me I sent in for Publisher's Clearing House on 11/29/07 from an address I have not lived at since before that date. He said, "I know you are scared. It's like the first day of high school, you are happy yet scared."

Called saying I won 2.5 million but had to wire $550.00 by western union to Winston Taylor in Kingston, Jamaca, WI
