Caller was saying I won $250,000.  I called him out on this scam and demanded that he remove me from the calling list.  Voice was shakey, almost like he had a stroke or mental disability.  

Same as the other person, received the call but didn't answer -- don't know anyone in Jamaica that would be calling me.  

Received this call on my cell phone.  Did not answer it because my phone said it was from Jamaica.  Looked it up and there are other people getting the same number calling them.  The caller is claiming the person has won from Publisher's Clearing House.
