caller left a message that I won $1.5 million dollars in a contest.  Left the number 876-487-9679 and advised to call back as soon as possible.   Message was hard to understand, sounded like his mouth was pressed up against the phone, probably intentional to disguise his voice.  This is a scam!

CALLER TOLD ME I WON $1.5M FROM A 3RD PLACE DRAWING IN NEVADA AND I NEEDED TO SEND HIM $$ TO RELEASE CHECK FROM CUSTOMS.
I HUNG UP THE FIRST TIME AND HE CALLED BACK SAYING WE WERE DISCONNECTED. WHEN I TOLD HIM TO PUT THIS INFO INTO PRINT AND SEND ME A CERTIFIED LETTER--HE HUNG UP.

Caller identified himself as Paul Davis and said he was calling from Texas from some office that I had won $7,500.00 dollars from the American Shoppers Network in Nevada. He wanted me to wire $250 to him in taxes before I could have the prize money and that I was supposed to keep it quiet and not tell anyone about this. He called me about 1:00pm on Tuesday September 21, 2010. It sounded like he was calling me from a cell phone. He was very hard to hear.

Phone caller informed me that he was calling about delivering $850K, needed my back account to facilitate the transfer.
