876 is jamaica and is an international call that can cost up to $3 a minute. They want you to call because they are getting a kickback from jamaican telecom for every minute they can keep you on the phone.

I got the same call. I turned it around on them and whenever I get bored I call them up and harrass them. If you wait awhile between calls they forget who you are and you can lead them on into thinking that you believe them, then lower the boom when they think they might have you. I have done this at least 10 times with this same # and it is really fun, especially if you are out drinking with your friends you can make a game out of it. I can't believe they are so stupid that they don't block my #.

This same guy or associate called me twice at home.  The first call I won 2.5 million and a brand new car.  The second time just a few days ago, I won 7.5 million. Both these guys had American names,
David Jones and (2nd) David Sawyer.  You could have sliced thru their accent with a knife.  The first guy
called saying he was from the Publishers Clearing House.  The second guy didn't say where he was calling from.  The first guy was very irritable and eventually hung up on me but he called back with no message to see the number I was calling from (what an idiot).  Both calls sounded like they were in a submarine with that unusual clank every minute.  I was curious again and called back the second man and on that conversation he was requesting an activation fee in order for me to receive the check. He kept saying "now do you understand what I'm saying" about 10 or more times. Without getting any more information I laughed at him and told him has full of _ _ _ _!  He was so persistant he kept trying to talk by giving me a code to call him back on.  He said he was from Pleasantville, NY but his phone service may say he's calling from Jamaica.  He said don't believe those scams out there.  I SAID OH I WON'T.

Prank Call
Calls me at home to say I've won $7 million plus $100K bonus. In order to facilitate my winnings, I need to send a cashier's check in the amount of $2500 first - if I can't afford that (which I can), I can send him $1500. I tell him to send me the 7 million minus the $2500 - he doesn't go for that; of course not! Guy says he lives in NY - records say he's calling from Jamaica. You should hear his line, the Scum-bag.

This man keeps calling saying that I have won Publisher's Clearing house and that I should not talk to anyone else about money matters. He keeps telling me that he will call back and continues to harass me. Who do I report this to?
