Shane Watson called me too on a Sunday night after 9pm. He said he was from Publishers Clearing House and that I had won 1.5 million dollars. He asked if I wanted a public or private delivery of the money. This guy sounded like he was on drugs. Very slow slurred speech, etc. He gave me his cell number of 253-326-4669. I received a call from a Shame Watson saying that I have won $12.5 Million and Mercedes They needed $1800.00 so that they could delivery it. So now he saying that they need $4500.00 to get bank statement so that there wouldn't be any problem at the bank and with the IRS. They have to get this bank statement so that the bank and IRS wouldn't try to take out taxes. They have use my discover credit card to try to pay for a elder lady in Georgia util bill  $350.00 .
