Asked how did they get the number and the caller kept talking. He tried to interrupt me from speaking but when I said spoke loudly "Just how did you get my number and DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN", he hung up. Was hard to understand and kept talking about 2.5 million dollars that I won. Could tell that he is from another country, understand that it is Jamaica. Very annoying

DO NOT return the call from someone calling from a 876 area code.
This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

Scammers use these numbers to not only try to scam you out of money, but also sting you with high phone call rates.

Do report the calls, Jamaican and US officials are still actively tracking down and arresting the offenders:

Called me at 7:39 a.m. to tell me I won 250,000 dollars. Could barely understand him. The same man called my husband a week prior, had my husband go buy a prepaid visa and then asked for the numbers off of it after telling my husband to add 20 dollars to it. I was not there or I would have advised my husband to not do so but he did. After I found out, I contacted the man and heard rap music playing in the background. Once I exposed him, he told me he has to eat, that's why he scams people. He used a voice changer when he called my husband. I contacted the prepaid card and they sent my husband a check for his money back. Really got me upset.
