Got the same call as the others today.  950k from pch. Would i be home to accept delivery?  Fedex has never called me so i hung up.

scam call trying to steal my money

I received a call from the above number today telling they are callin on behalf of PCH that I've won 2012 mercedes, 62 inch flat screen T.V. and 9milion500thousand dollars, then they ask me if I could verify who I am and if I had a green bat scratch card in the amount of $99 dollars.  The conversation went back and forth since I knew it was a scam.  Caller I.D. stated call was from Kingston, J.M. I asked the caller who spoke with a Jamacian accent where he was callin from, he stated Sacramento.  Asked him if this was from PCH why would I need the green bat scratch card?  He said it was to ensure the delivery.  I'm concern, cuz this guy knew my name and has my phone number.  I told him, not to call my number, that he was scaming me and I would call the police if he called me again.  I then called Wal Mart to find out about what is a green bat scratch card.  It's like a bill pay card, you can put as little as $20.dollars to $999 hundred once you give person your card I.D. number, that gives them assess to takin money from card.  They wanted me to get 99.00 dollars on the card.  It was a pure scam.
