Hey i recieved the same call and was told to call back Michael James at 867-859-1341.  He said i won a wopping 1.5 million dollars for paying my bills ontime. ..and shopping at wal-mart. He keeps calling and won't stop. I honestly don't no how to get him to stop. Glad i found your post thought i was the only one.  Well maybe we will get him stopped somehow.

Meant to say "information" where I said "details" in previous post (told him I wouldn't be giving him any information).

Got a call from this number saying he had a certified check for me.  When I told him I wasn't any idiot and would not be giving him any details, he got nasty (using the "f" word and phrases that had to do w/ sucking).  Needless to say I hung up.
