It's the same scam as all of you are getting. I keep telling them when we meet at a bank with the law enforcement and make sure my check clears, they keep telling mee, no you don't understand it must be sent through western union. I even heard a baby crying at one point, and he denied it.
I feel sorry for some of the elderly, because they can make them selves sound believable and elderly are more trusting. Heck the accent is so thick you can hardly understand them.

Report of call claiming the winning of Publisher Clearing House money. Caller, very heavy accent wanted bank account numbers ect. Call recipient refused and notified law enforcement.  Name given by scammer: J.M Kingston.
