Caller stated that his name was James Jones from Chicago, IL.. He said he wanted me to send money to him at address located in Tampa, Florida in order to receive a large sum of money, 1.3 million.

He has called me on two different occasions and gets angry when told to stop calling.

Person on phone says he has spoken to someone and when told this is obviously a wrong number becomes argumentative.  This number has repeatedly called our number.
