CTI gave me this number as the 800 number - after I asked.
When I called, asked if a call center. I was told the CSR was
an employee but the information he gave definitely was call
center/telemarketing script. He could not get off the phone
fast enough based on my questions.

Received cold call from a person trying to sell me a very expesive 'automated trading system.' She said she represented a company called CTI and gave this toll-free number. Ripoffreports.com shows that CTI also goes by the name Luxman Trading Concepts, and has also been known as Cooper Trading and Blackbox. They have a long history of not honoring their money-back guarantee. luxman has an F rating with the BBB.
