I agree with Ashley 100%! It is the rudest thing possible for anyone to do! Calls all hours of the day, not just business hours either! Nobody answers, and it disconnects you when you call it back! Who are these people, and where can I find them to smack some sense into them??

I keep getting these calls on my cell phone.  I have no idea what this one is.   There is no way to call it back.  I tried and the call doesn't go through or gets answered immediately and disconnected.

so if so many ppl are getting a call from this preson then why isn't anyone doing something about it. they've caled me twice. i just dont answer.

Received a call. My wife had to locate me outside. When I got to a phone, there was no one there.

when I saw this weird number, I just gave a busy tone... I guessed it could be one of those spam calls that don't make sense...

Calls regularly on all lines at a University of Virginia school.

I have the same thing going on.  Got the call about government grants I did not ask for, and also several calls where they just hang up.  When I try to call back it won't even ring.  They call me early in the morning and late at night.  So freakin' frustrating!  I want to know how they got my number???

this is getting ridiculous. so many dumb a** calls from random numbers. i tried calling this number back 4 times and no dial tone at all. i just got the call bout ten min ago.

This number called me earlier today and i went to answer it and no one responded and just hung up. I called it back 3 times. It never rang, and when it did pick up the person/computer on the other end hung up right away. The number just called back about 5 mins. ago, but I did not pick up. If this keeps happening, I am taking it to the police. It is frustrating, annoying, and inconsiderate!

well just ;picking up and sitting phone down worked for a few days.  they are back to calling.

Calls me randomly

Husband just IM'd me that I we got a call from this number asking for me in response to an online educational application I filled out - which I never did! Sounds like a scam to me

Calls frequently, on the order of several times a week to my cell phone. With caller ID, I can refuse it. However, the repitition is concerning.

i get calls from 877 205 3869 at least 6 times a day, every day!  most of the time they call at weird times and i cannot get to the phone.  yesterday, i tried calling the number back.  it rang a couple of times and disconnected!  today i was able to answer the call and no one was there!  what the heck is going on???  how can i stop these calls?  it's coming in on my cell phone ~ how the heck does that happen??

Two calls from this number.   First was the day before yesterday.  They asked for
Ingrid.  I asserted they had a wrong number, and was told they wouldn't call again.

Second call today.  Again, for Ingrid.   I told the caller about the first call and
said please don't call this number again.

This Dip Stick keeps calling me and hanging up.  When I call back, I get a busy signal.
